Join me as I set up and sleep in a simple tarp shelter and create a culinary delight including a giant Yorkshire pudding and the greatest roast potatoes of all time. I’ve had a well needed break and I’m back in a bid to keep the winter blues at bay, hopefully I’ll keep the videos coming every week until the daffodils and wild garlic pop up again.
